  • If the elevator breaks down, the establishment will not be able to compensate you!






    • Cancellation pilicies

  • The client may cancel the booking with a full refund (less 4% administration fee) up to 14 days prior to arrival. If the client cancels the booking within 14 days of arrival, or the client does not show up, there will be no refund, except for the cleaning fee! All requests to cancel your booking must be made in writing to the following email address: contact@bordorent no later than 24:00 CET on the deadline! If you are eligible, a refund will be triggered with the bank within three days of your cancellation email.
